Compounds for footwear

Compact compounds are characterized by excellent elastic properties. They ensure an optimal aesthetic appearance and are easily colorable. They offer fluidity, opacity, and gloss. Excellent resistance to abrasion and temperature variations (cold resistance). Our products are easily processable thermoplastic compounds and the transformation technology adapts to the molding of two-color or three-color parts; many of them are also suitable for painting. Finally, they have excellent bonding capabilities, some even at cold temperatures.

Compounds Extralight

Extralight compounds are easily processable, and sole molding technology enables the production of products with very low densities. With excellent abrasion resistance and physical-mechanical properties, they ensure a “compact” aesthetic appearance, perfect reproduction of any surface, and great ease of processing. With the possibility of having the compound pre-colored in the desired shade, extralight materials are: super elastic, super resistant, super pleasant, super easy to work with, but above all, super lightweight. In fact, they possess the best qualities of other synthetic materials for soles.

Technical Compounds

Our SBS and SEBS-based products offer the best solution for all types of seals: thermal and electrical insulation, UV resistance, and excellent elastic memory. Fully recyclable and available in a wide range of colors, our products exhibit excellent resistance to external agents, especially atmospheric and chemical ones.We offer materials for overmolding on PP, PE, Nylon, and wood. The complete freedom of color, the presence of anti-UV materials, soundproofing capabilities, resistance to electrical conductivity, and resistance to atmospheric agents.
